The Russian leader came to a meeting with a dog named Yume, which was presented in 2012 by the authorities of Akito Prefecture. The dog met its countrymen with deafening barking, from which the Japanese fell into a stupor and were afraid to move, diligently depicting tortured smiles on frightened faces.
