Understand the reasons why we sooner or later still buy them and start to tightly weave, it seems to me pointless simply because the causes on the surface and they are obvious. As well as the fact that these cereals, so to speak, are obviously not very useful. Somewhere at the subconscious level, we are even deeply convinced of this, and even consider them harmful, but delve into the Internet, understand, consult with dietitians - we all just do not have time. "After all, if they were super harmful, then they would have been banned for a long time and stopped advertising on TV," we think, and the children themselves still cook normal porridge, because, unlike all these "bastrinas," it is exactly useful. And we something, we have something to eat at the breaks, but in the morning before work on the run, so somehow digest. But in the evening for dinner, surely something normal will eat. But let's still understand, but is there any benefit from them? So, we proceed.

I suggest immediately to decide on which porridges we will talk about. Quick-cooking porridges are divided into several types, depending on the way they are processed: instant cereals, instant cereal and cereal. To be honest, I do not see any particular difference between instant and instant porridges in the context of utility, because if the grains have been heat treated, then there is hardly anything useful left, so I suggest a slightly different look at this classification.

Well, let's begin. Immediately throw away the porridge of the first type, tk. with them everything is simple and unpretentious: porridges with fruit additives are a priori not simply not useful, but very harmful for one simple reason: the manufacturers do not spend their money to buy fruit, fiddle only to add 1-2 grams of fruit per serving to our loved ones. This is economically unprofitable, so there's nothing to dream about. Those who do this, sell their porridge at prices that we simply do not understand. Therefore, it is easier to take substitutes, flavors and all sorts of other E that are not attributes of healthy food. Therefore, our verdict is so porridge: not only NOT USEFUL, but also HARMFUL. It's clear that they are tasty, and create the illusion of healthy food, but this is just an illusion, so I propose to this option to resort only in emergency cases, say, when there is nothing left on the shelves in the store.

Instant cereal porridge, so to say "clean" from all additives, dyes, flavors is, at least for this very reason, not so harmful, and this is already a plus. But to eat them, and at the same time to enjoy this food, we add there oil, fruit. All this is good, and at some point we even agree that it can be eaten and almost resembles a homemade porridge until it takes about half an hour and we begin to feel the whole charm of this porridge called bloating and heaviness in the stomach. Here we immediately understand what effect on our body is having just eaten porridge. In addition, in such cereals full of starch, which is easily absorbed by our body from these cereals, which is very harmful to the pancreas, and can lead to diabetes.

Well, finally, flakes. This, perhaps, is not only the most harmless, but it can also be useful, however, with one caveat - depending on what. Corn flakes are solid starch, and if they are also glazed, then this is one continuous harm, so it's tasty, but not useful. Flakes from wheat germs are a storehouse of all usefulness for our body for one simple reason: it does not undergo thermal and technological treatment, and therefore all the vitamins and energy value of the grain are preserved in flakes. Oat flakes are the most common, they are easily digested, they help our digestion and in a wide range. And they are subjected to minimal processing and at the same time retain a very decent amount of nutrients. Porridge from oat flakes is an invaluable help in the fight against many diseases. This is an excellent anti-tuberculosis drug, help in the treatment of diabetes, infertility, impotence, gastrointestinal disorders. Buckwheat flakes (cereals) are a dietary product, the basis of many diets. Dishes from buckwheat are recommended for liver diseases, hypertension, gastric diseases. But, as things are with the flakes, doctors still can not come to a common opinion. One thing is clear, out of all three types of instant porridges, flakes are the most useful.
