Homemade chicken pate Pates are different: from the liver, from mushrooms, from vegetables, from legumes, sprats, meat. Pates are invariably popular and are an excellent snack. I suggest preparing the pate from the chicken breast . Since the chicken breast is lean meat, we use a rather large roasted onion to prepare a delicious pate. Unique notes of pate will give nuts and spices.
Ingredients:- Chicken fillet 600g
- Butter 150 g
- Nutmeg 1 gr
- Black pepper powder 2 g
- Salt 3 pinch
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Walnut 200 g
- Onion 4 pcs.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 50 ml
- Step 1 For the preparation of pate from chicken breast, we will need chicken fillet, butter, nuts, carrots, onions, garlic, spices.
- Step 2 Chicken fillet cook with carrots, a small onion, garlic until cooked.
- Step 3 Grind the blender fillets, boiled carrots and onion, nuts, adding a few spoonfuls of broth.
- Step 4 Salt, pepper to taste, add nutmeg. Stir with melted butter.
- Step 5 Onion to save on sunflower oil until light golden. Add the onions to pate mass.
- Step 6 Grind with a blender. Chill for 1 hour and you can serve!
