A thin dough for pizza The base of this pizza is a very thin yeast dough. As a filling, I use small fresh white mushrooms, pickled in olive oil and grilled, a purple onion cut into thin half-rings, and a fragrant parmesan cheese. As a basis, I took a tomato sauce. The pizza was beautiful, on a soft, thin dough, with a mushroom flavor and a palatable taste of cheese. Be sure to decorate the pizza before serving fresh parsley!
