1. In a large bowl, mix the brown sugar and white sugar. Heat the butter in a medium saucepan until it becomes brown, and add sugar. Leave it to one side and allow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes. 2. In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
