Cauliflower with cheese Cauliflower, cooked in this way, can become an excellent self-serving dish or a side dish for meat, poultry, pasta. Parmesan-crust, covering the ready dish, is very appetizing, and due to the spicy ground nutmeg it turns out to be incredibly aromatic. Serve this dish in hot or warm form, and to it - your favorite sauce!
Ingredients:- Cabbage color 700 g
- Breadcrumbs 2.5 tbsp. l.
- Parmesan cheese 30 g
- Nutmeg powdered with 0.25 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Water 2 l
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Step 1 To make cauliflower under parmesan crust, we need cauliflower, chicken eggs, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, ground nutmeg, salt, water, black ground pepper.
- Step 2 Disassemble cauliflower on the inflorescence, rinse under running water.
- Step 3 Boil until cooked in salted water.
- Step 4 In the meantime, we combine the grated parmesan and bread crumbs.
- Step 5 Add the ground nutmeg and black ground pepper. We stir the breading.
- Step 6 With the boiled cauliflower drain the water, put the cabbage in a roasting dish, pour raw eggs and mix thoroughly.
- Step 7 On top of the cabbage, we evenly pour the parmesan-dried spicy breading.
- Step 8 Bake under the grill for about 12-15 minutes. If there is no grill, then simply bake in the oven at 200 C, without covering the form until the cheese melts! Serve in hot or warm form as a side dish or a separate dish.
