All these methods take time from half an hour to 3 hours, but it's worth it, because the hair gets shiny and becomes obedient.

And more (do not smile). The night cap, worn by our great-grandmothers, creates a special microclimate over the hair, which protects the hair from drying out.

Remember the massage brush. If you have time and have enough patience, brush your hair every hundred times in four directions every evening. The result will be an improvement in the blood circulation of the hair and a uniform distribution of subcutaneous fat along the length of the hair, which will prevent them from drying out at night, during sleep.

An important element of hair care is the compensation of a lack of vitamins. Heavy winter food worsens the condition of our hair. Therefore, proper nutrition is extremely important. The body and hair need living vitamins. Spinach, parsley, broccoli, seaweed, salmon fish, nuts, flax seeds and pumpkins are very useful. Note: green tea is more useful than black, and the safest drink is simple filtered water (at least 1 - 1.5 liters per day).
