To begin with, prepare the leaven from the highly aerated mineral water and kefir. These ingredients must be mixed in a 1: 1 ratio. Add the juice of one lemon, sour cream and salt. Then the leaven must be given - half an hour at least. Further all is simple. How to cook okroshka on leaven: 1. Cook the potatoes in a uniform. Let it cool down. Clean and cut into small cubes. 2. Cook hard-boiled eggs, cool, then finely chop. 3. Rinse the radish and cucumber. With cucumber peel skin. Cut the radish with cucumber thin strips. 4. Rinse the dill and onions. Finely chop. 5. If you have purchased boiled veal - cut it finely. Raw must be cooked in salted water. 6. Rinse the spring onions, dry. Finely chop and carefully rub with salt. 7. Mix all the ingredients, salt and add a little sugar. Pour the leaven and mix again. Sour cream can be added portionwise to plates or directly to our okroshka. Bon Appetit!
