COFFEE PENTIMATE.

Typically, it involves an easy sweet snack. Coffee can be either very hot or very cold - depending on the time of day and your mood. If you want warmth and comfort, add sugar, liquor or balm to a strong hot coffee. Pour all this into a clear refractory glass and decorate with a layer of whipped cream. Just do not mix this cocktail. Fans of exotic can advise frozen coffee. In 100 grams of chilled coffee, add 30 g of whiskey or balsam and 30 g of milk or chocolate liquor, 1 cup of vanilla and chocolate ice cream, chopped ice. Whisk it all with a mixer and pour into a large transparent wine glass. The decoration of the cocktail can be crumbled cookies, chocolate flakes or wafer tubules.

TEA CEREMONY.

Tea can be black, red, green. Or maybe fruit. Apple-lemon tea can be made from 5-6 tablespoons of dried or 1 cup fresh apple peel, juice and zest of 1 lemon, 1 liter of water, sugar or honey. A special flavor, of course, is honey.

Cold mint tea perfectly quenches thirst and nicely soothes nerves. 5 sprigs of dried mint should be poured with boiling water, let it brew until it cools. Glasses half fill with ice, pour mint tea and decorate a slice of lemon.

PUNCHI.

Punches to cook very simply: large capacity, many components, sliced ​​fruit for decoration. For a cool green punch, you will need 1 bottle of champagne or sparkling white wine, 3 cups of lemon or orange soda, 70 g of fruit liqueur. All this is poured into a 3-liter decanter or a transparent glass bowl, cut into kiwi, lemon, orange, add ice. The punch should be poured into tall champagne glasses. Berry punch can be made from 1 bottle of fruit wine, 2-3 glasses of mineral or soda water, 100 g of berry liquor. All this is poured into a 2-3-liter flat vase or bowl, stirred, allowed to stand for 15 minutes, then add ice, berries and fruit to your taste. Hot non-alcoholic punch will certainly please children and will warm them during a cold. Mix 4 cups of apple juice, 1/2 cup of cranberry and pineapple juice, juice of one lemon, 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, 6 cloves, a pinch of cinnamon. Pour the punch into cups and slowly heat over low heat. Then remove from heat and press for several hours. Before serving, take out cinnamon and cloves, put in the cups slices of apple, lemon and orange.

LEMONADE.

It can be done at home. You will need: 6 lemons, 1 orange, 200 g of sugar, 4 cups of boiled water, ice. Peel the peel from the orange and lemons, cut them into halves and squeeze the juice, wipe off the zest. Put the zest and juice in a fireproof pot, add sugar and put on a water bath in boiling water. After 5 minutes remove the entire construction from the fire, cool, pour into a decanter, refrigerate and add ice. Decorate the glasses with lobes of lemon, orange and ice.

DRINKS-PUREE.

Very exotic drinks can be made from vegetables and fruits. For a cool "Cucumber cocktail" with an exotic taste, you will need: 50 grams of crushed cucumber, 90 g unsweetened yogurt, 90 grams of milk, mint leaves (you can dry, but pre-brewed boiling water), a pinch of salt. Fold it all in a bowl and beat well with a mixer. Decorate a glass of mint leaves and a slice of cucumber.

You can get a "Banana Colada" cocktail if you add 120 g pineapple juice, a teaspoon of coconut shaving, 1/2 cup of finely chopped pineapple (can from compote) and finely chopped ice to 1 very ripe banana. Whip it all with a mixer, pour into a large wine glass, garnish with a slice of banana and pineapple. Try to experiment with other fruits and vegetables.
