On a medium-high heat, heat the pan with oil (if there is a lot of fat on the duck, you can also without oil), we put meat there. Fry the meat on all sides until red. When the meat is evenly covered with a crust - we reduce the fire to a moderate, salt. With apples peel. We cut apples with lobules, we cut out the cores. Slice the apple into a frying pan. We mix it well. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer the dish for 30-40 minutes until the meat is ready (time depends on how soft the duck you like - the longer you extinguish, the softer the meat).
