- pork chops - 8 pieces
- flour - 1 cup
- salt - 1 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- cayenne pepper - 1 pinch (to taste)
- vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
- butter - 1 st. a spoon
Mix the flour, salt, black and cayenne pepper. Season each piece of pork. Roll the chops in a mixture of flour and pepper. Pour vegetable oil into the heated frying pan. Melt a piece of butter. Fry the meat for about 3 minutes on one side. Turn over the forceps and cook for about 2 minutes. As a side dish, you can serve mashed potatoes or pasta.
