Fried chicken pieces on skewers are an excellent option for a holiday. They not only look appetizing, but also taste good. But the most important thing is that this dish will not require special efforts or hard-to-reach ingredients. All you need is chicken fillet and a few extra ingredients.
Necessary ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- apple - 1 pc
- garlic - 1 clove
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.
- curry - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Cooking method
- Take chicken fillet, rinse thoroughly and cut into strips.
- Prepare the marinade, for this mix in a bowl of crushed garlic with lemon juice, butter and salt, add also curry.

- champignons - 150 g
- hard cheese - 150 g
