Burrito with stuffing In the old days, a tortilla was understood as the remains of yesterday's food mixed with vegetables and fried in the fire. But in South America tortilla is a thin cake with all kinds of stuffing. Mexicans even consider this dish to be national. But the Spaniards necessarily prepare it with potatoes and eggs, but without burrito. Initially, the tortilla is at the same time a dish of the poor and "the food of the masters." And if in the first case the remains of the dinner were mixed together, then the second method was much more refined: the tortilla was stuffed with meat pieces and boiled eggs, and served under an oil sauce. There is also a sweet version of this dish, but it's already an amateur.
Ingredients:- Potatoes 250 g
- Walnut 80 g
- Chicken breast smoked 200 g
- Eggs chicken 5 pcs.
- Green onions 0.5 bunch
- Pepper black ground 0.25 tsp.
- Olive oil 20 ml
