Pike perch in sour cream

Products:

For 1 kg of pike perch : 1.5 kg of potatoes, 100 g of butter, 2 glasses of sour cream, 4 pcs. black pepper peas, 1 tbsp. spoon of greens, salt to taste.
Preparation:
Peeled and washed pike perch cut into portions and put in a saucepan (at the bottom, pour a little vegetable oil). On the layer of fish put on top of a layer of cut potatoes, then again a layer of fish and a layer of potatoes - and so several times (on top there must be a potato). Then sprinkle with salt, pour warm butter and sour cream, cover and put in the oven. Stew on low heat until cooked. Finished dish sprinkle with parsley and dill.
