In a saucepan mix the broth and wine. We put on an average fire, bring to a boil and boil. Boil until the liquid in the saucepan will remain about 1/4 cup. Now you can add cream to the pan. Warm up the mixture and, without bringing to a boil, remove from heat. In another saucepan, heat a little olive oil. Add tomato paste, bring to a boil. Bring to a boil, then add salt, spices, chopped garlic and boil for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Then add tomato sauce butter, stir, warm until the oil dissolves and remove from heat. Tortellini boil until cooked. We put tortellini in a creamy sauce, we put on average fire and we prepare 3-4 more minutes. Transfer the tortellini along with the sauce into a serving plate.
