- Italian bread - 1 piece
- Butter - 200 Grams
- Garlic - 3 Teeth
- Parmesan grated - 2 items. spoons
- Shallot - 1/4 Pieces
- Parsley - 1 st. a spoon
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
Let's squeeze out two cloves of garlic. Shallot (1/4 head) finely chopped. Mix onions with garlic. Finely chop the greens (I have parsley). Mix onion, garlic, greens, salt and pepper. Mix the resulting mass with butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until homogeneous. Now take the Italian bread, cut it along into 2 parts. Generously we spread on half of bread the resulting cheese-and-oil mass. We put in the oven and bake at 200 degrees, until the croutons are covered with a beautiful crusty crust. Serve better immediately, in a hot form. Pleasant! :)
