Spaghetti with zucchini, walnuts and raisins

1. In a large saucepan bring the salted water to a boil. When the water boils, add the spaghetti and cook until ready, following the instructions on the package. Drain the water and return the spaghetti to the pan. Grind the garlic. Cut the zucchini into thin half-rings. Large chopped walnuts. 2. Preheat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add walnuts and fry, stirring until they begin to acquire a brown color, from 3 to 4 minutes. 3. Add the garlic and cook, stirring until it starts to brown, about 1 minute. 4. Add the zucchini and raisins in a frying pan, salt and pepper. Fry, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is ready, 4 to 5 minutes. 5. Add the mixture of zucchini in a pan with spaghetti and gently mix. 6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving. Add a few drops of white truffle oil if desired.
