The cooking process will give you pleasure. This is a very ancient delicacy, many customs were associated with the cakes, they were given to each other for the holidays. This tradition is relevant today, I like to give gingerbread to close people for Valentine's Day, children's holidays and New Year. From that to what holiday I bake the cake depends on its shape. - Step 7 Add a teaspoon of quick-frozen soda, the mixture becomes frothy, immediately remove from the fire and add a little flour, let the mixture cool down slightly, otherwise it will take a lot of flour and the carrots will become stiff.
