Beat together with sugar. We add yolks to this mixture, again whisk again. On a fine grater, rub a peel of half a lemon (you can replace it with lime). Add in the oil mixture of lemon peel (or lime), chopped almonds and juice of half a lemon. We add vanillin and well mesim. Then it is necessary to whip the proteins to hard peaks - this is about 4-5 minutes at a slow speed of the mixer. We mix the proteins into the dough, mix well until a homogeneous air mass forms. Apricots are mine, remove the bones. We spread the apricots, cut into quarters, into a baking dish, greased with butter, and lightly sprinkle with sugar. We carefully place our dough on apricots. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 170 degrees. We take out, slightly cool and hamster :)
