Cheesemakers with apricots Cheeses are a common dish of Ukrainian and Russian cuisine. There are many varieties of syrnikov: with raisins, apples, dried apricots, carrots, poppies, nuts. This recipe is a secret. For the preparation of these cheese cakes, flour is not used at all. And cutting the curd, you will find a pleasant surprise in the form of juicy halves of apricot.
Ingredients:- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Groats manna 5 tbsp. l.
- Curd 400g
- Sugar, vanilla 15 g
- Apricots 500g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 30 ml
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 For the preparation of cheese cakes with a secret, we need vanilla sugar, semolina, cottage cheese, salt, eggs, apricots.
