Banana kvass

WHAT DO YOU NEED:


• bananas
• Yeast
• water


WHAT TO DO:


2 - 3 kg of very soft (overripe) bananas to stir in 5 liters of warm water, add the yeast and leave in a warm place for a day.

Remove foam and gently strain. Let it brew and drain again.

Spread in bottles, cork well, put in a cold place, and after 1 -2 days kvass is ready.
