When the war was over and everything was quietly getting better, Vladimir remembered his love and his dream. Therefore, he decided to enter the Moscow Conservatoire for orchestra department. Undoubtedly the talented guy liked the teachers and he was enrolled in the course. Shainsky brilliantly disaccustomed to the conservatory, and then got into the orchestra of Leonid Utyosov, his countryman. In this orchestra Shainsky worked for three years. Then he left Utyosov and began to earn as much as he could. The young man had time to try many professions, but, all of them, of course, were connected with music, of course. He was engaged in teaching, got a job as an orchestrator, then worked as a composer, and, also, he organized and directed a variety of variety shows. This continued until 1962. It was then that Shainsky decided that he did not get enough education. Therefore, he went to study at another conservatory. It was the Baku Conservatory, where Shainsky studied at the composer's faculty, in the class of Kara Karaev.
It was after the completion of this training that Shainsky began to turn into the one we know, namely, into the real legend of Russian music. He has been composing his compositions for almost fifty years. Shainsky created such a huge number of musical masterpieces that they are simply difficult to count. Among them you can name and songs for children, and musicals, and, of course, all the favorite songs from Soviet cartoons. Who among us does not know such songs as "Smile", "Clouds", "Song of the Mammoth" and many, many others. Children who grew up in the Soviet and post-Soviet space, almost from infancy, listen to these songs. They grow, however, Shainsky's works still remain in their memory. Almost anyone can sing a few songs from his childhood. Namely, they were written by the famous and unforgettable Vladimir Shainsky. He created more than 200 songs for cartoons, and almost all of them became popular among the people. Also, Shainsky wrote not only children's songs. Shainsky also wrote many tunes to various movies. What is only the "School Waltz", under which, until very recently, many graduates leave the school yard for the last time.
