- honey - 2 teaspoons

Spinach washed, dried and cut into wide strips. Carrots cleaned, cut into thin circles, pods of beans cut in half. Put the carrots into boiling water, cook for 2 minutes. Add the beans. After 2 minutes. Discard the vegetables in a colander and rinse with cold water. Mix in a bowl of carrots, beans and spinach. Garlic clean, grind and beat with soy sauce, honey, vinegar and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the salad with the resulting dressing, mix and serve to the table.
