- pasta kavatappi - 240 Grams
- green beans - 240 Grams
- Pesto sauce - 1/2 cup
Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes measuring 2.5 cm. Place the potatoes in a large saucepan with salted water. Boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and pasta or other short tubular pasta. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Cut the beans in half. Add the beans. Bring to a boil and cook until the vegetables are soft and the pasta is ready, about 6 minutes. Throw the pasta with potatoes in a colander and drain the water. Stir with 1/2 cup pesto, season with salt and pepper. Serve the dish warm or at room temperature.
