Ingredients. Onions and carrots are fried in oil until the onion is soft. Meanwhile, we mix in a bowl of boiled chicken, diced egg whites (leave yolks for decoration), finely chopped celery. We also add canned beans (without liquid), onions with carrots, salt, pepper, mayonnaise. We mix it well. On a salad plate we lay out our salad in the form of an egg. Top with sprinkled grated yolk, decorate with celery - and get a very beautiful salad in the form of an Easter egg. Bon Appetit! ;)
