- Chicken breast - 1 piece (~ 700 gr)
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Starch - 2 Art. spoons
- Olive oil - 2 items. spoons
- Pepper - 1,5 teaspoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sweet paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Chile pepper without seeds - 1 Piece
- Lime - 1/2 Pieces
Kurochka washed, dried and cut into strips. Beat whiskey until light. Add all the ingredients except chilli pepper and lime. We mix everything thoroughly. In the resulting mixture, literally "bathe" our chicken. Leave it this way for an hour. After the chicken is well marinated, put the frying pan on the stove and pour a large amount of oil into it. Fry each slice from two sides to an appetizing crust (fairly quickly). Optionally cut the lime and chili pepper. Finished sticks spread on a paper towel, so that it absorbed excess fat and put in a plate. Top with chili pepper and sprinkle with lime juice.
