Shrimp in creamy sauce is my favorite way of cooking shrimp. My husband shrugs these prawns just like that, for beer, and sometimes I serve these shrimps together with rice and soy sauce - it turns out a very decent second course. Recipe for shrimp in a creamy sauce: 1. Melt olive oil and butter in a frying pan. Fry in it finely chopped chili and garlic, then we put shrimps and greens in the pan. Fill with juice of one lime and stew for 5 minutes. 2. Turn the shrimps, fry for another 2-3 minutes - and it's ready! Before serving decorate with greens.
