- Dry yellow peas - 250 Grams
- chili pepper - 2-3 pieces (peeled, remove seeds, and finely chopped)
- leaves of coriander - 2 Art. spoons (finely chopped)
- green ray - 2 Art. spoon (finely chopped)
- cumin - 0.5 teaspoons
- vegetable oil - 1 Piece
- salt - 1 piece (to taste)
Place the peas in a blender and chop. Add chili, coriander, onion, cumin, salt and continue to mix everything in the blender, until thick. If necessary, add water. Heat the oil over medium heat. From the mass form small balls the size of a walnut. Roast in a saucepan until golden brown. Then shift to paper napkins, that would glass excess oil. Serve warm.
