- Chicken minced meat - 500 Grams
- Head of cauliflower - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 4 items. spoons

- Tomato paste - 1 st. a spoon
- Dill, parsley - - To taste
- Tomatoes - 3 Pieces
- Red sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Paprika powder - 3 teaspoons
- Broth - 1 Glass
- Lemon juice - 2 items. spoons
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
Heat the olive oil in a thick-walled saucepan. We put there finely chopped onions and garlic. When the onion becomes transparent - add minced meat and fry 3-4 minutes on a rapid fire, stirring. Then add the tomato paste, stir and reduce the heat. Add our vegetables to the pan - chopped sliced pepper, cubes of sliced tomatoes, spices, chopped greens, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Very well mix. We bring this whole thing to a boil, after which we add the cauliflower, disassembled on the inflorescence, into a saucepan. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 1 hour. We serve hot :)
