Preparation
Put pork ribs in the tray, add the onions cut into 4 parts, garlic, cumin, wine, bay leaves. We add water so that it covers the edges by 2/3. Close the foil tray and put it on 45 minutes in the oven for baking, at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Prepare the sauce. Celery, ginger root, carrots cut into small cubes, or crushed in a blender, and then fry in olive oil. Add the tomato paste, rub the tomatoes in the blender in their own juice and add to the tomato paste, bring to a boil and cook for five minutes. Then add pepper, salt, soy sauce, honey and cook for another 10 minutes.

Fennel, zucchini, Bulgarian pepper is large cut, smeared in olive oil and fry until a crust is formed on the grill. We will take out the ribs from the tray, cool it, cut it into pieces, along 3 or 4 ribs, and fry until ready on the grill. Ribs can be coated with cooked sauce.

Shish kebab from chicken
Ingredients: 600 grams of chicken fillet, 1 piece of bell pepper, 2 pieces of red onion, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of curry, balsamic vinegar, salt.
Preparation. Wash and dry pepper, bake it in the oven for 40 minutes, turn every 10 minutes. Put it in a food film or cellophane bag and let it cool. Then cut into small pieces. Chicken fillet shall be washed and dried. We cut it into small cubes, and cut the onion into slices.

Pickling. We combine chicken fillet, olive oil, curry, pepper, onions. And we put the marinade in the fridge for the night. In the morning we'll take the fillet with vegetables from the fridge, we'll salivate. On skewers we will string vegetables and meat, alternating them.

Shashlik from the chicken fry over medium heat for 5 or 7 minutes, sprinkling them periodically with balsamic vinegar. Shish kebabs must be served hot.

Vegetable sandwiches
Ingredients: 4 cloves of garlic, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 eggplant, 1 zucchini, 1 tomato, 1 piece of red onion, 200 grams of soft cheese, 8 pieces of champignons, pepper, salt, balsamic vinegar.

Preparation. Chop the garlic. Let's skip 1 tooth through garlic, and mix it with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Tomato, zucchini, eggplant, pancake and sliced. We'll peel the onion and cut the cheese into slices. Fry in a pan or grill mushrooms and vegetables until cooked. We pepper and salt to taste. Cheese with skewers with tomatoes
Ingredients: 200 grams of soft cheese, 200 grams of gouda cheese, 8 small tomatoes, grapes.
