Using a blender, grind walnuts, garlic, cilantro and fried onion until golden. Solim and pepper. 3. Stand the aubergines washed from salt, squeeze with a towel and fry in a pan in oil until soft. As soon as the eggplants become soft - we remove them from the fire. 4. Let the fried eggplants cool down. Then on each of them we spread a nutty paste and in such kind we submit to a table. Serve the aubergines in Georgian best cold, sprinkled with fresh herbs and seeds of fresh pomegranate. Bon Appetit :)
