- Eggplant - 1,5 Kilogram
- Walnuts - 300 Grams
- Kinza - 1 st. a spoon
- Onions - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 5 Zubchikov
- Pepper red ground (spicy) - 1/2 Teaspoon
1. Eggplant washed and cut into longitudinal slices no more than a centimeter thick. Well salt and leave to soak in salt for 20-30 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, prepare the nut butter. Using a blender, grind walnuts, garlic, cilantro and fried onion until golden. Solim and pepper. 3. Stand the aubergines washed from salt, squeeze with a towel and fry in a pan in oil until soft. As soon as the eggplants become soft - we remove them from the fire. 4. Let the fried eggplants cool down. Then on each of them we spread a nutty paste and in such kind we submit to a table. Serve the aubergines in Georgian best cold, sprinkled with fresh herbs and seeds of fresh pomegranate. Bon Appetit :)
