The name of the soup in translation means an egg and a lemon. These are the main ingredients of soup, which make it unique, delicate, with a creamy structure. Soup is prepared on chicken broth. There are several options for its preparation. To fill the soup, Orzora pasta is used - small, similar to rice or rice itself.
Ingredients:- Broth chicken 1.5 l
- Long grain rice 0.5 tbsp.
- Onion 2 g
- Chicken fillet 400g
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
- Parsley fresh 10 g
- Salt 5 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 Boil the chicken broth and prepare the necessary ingredients for soup making. You will need eggs, lemon, onion, chicken breast without skin, rice, greens and olive oil.
- Step 2 Finely chop the onions. Fry the onion over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
- Step 3 Cut the chicken fillets into pieces like goulash.
- Step 4 Rinse well and add to broth (if macaroni are used, then they should be filled 7-8 minutes before the end of cooking). Then add the onion and meat to the soup. Cook for 30 minutes.
- Step 5 Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
- Step 6 Whisk the eggs with a mixer. Continue to beat, pour lemon juice in a thin trickle, and then 2 ladles of hot broth.
- Step 7 In the soup with one hand, pour the egg-broth mass, and the second hand vigorously mix the soup with a spoon. The soup should thicken, but in no case should it boil, otherwise the eggs will curdle and there will not be such a gentle creamy structure. Serve immediately, decorating the soup with lemon slices and greens.
