The Christmas wreath is a symbol of the endless wheel of life, which came to Christian traditions from pagan times. The wreath is made of fir paws and a tightly twisted bundle of straw decorated with toys, dried flowers, small sham gift boxes with bows, and cinnamon sticks.

Very useful, in our opinion, advice: make a "snow-covered" spruce paw. Dip the fir branch into a hot concentrated aqueous solution of salt and leave overnight. In the morning, dry the fir paw, and it will soon be covered with salt crystals, surprisingly similar to sparkling snow. Such branches alternate with green branches can be tied in garlands, decorated with Christmas toys, tinsel, confetti. Garlands hang over the windows of the house, the doorways, spread out on the tables.
Another tip: the front door of the house can be decorated with a wreath of fir paws, dried herbs and cloth tapes. The base of the wreath is a ring of thick wire, to which bows or an inconspicuous cord are tied with sheaves of dry grass 10-12 cm long. The wire is coiled with fir paws and decorated with red ribbons.
Bows of ribbons - a traditional Christmas decoration at home. It is not difficult to make a bow, but how beautiful and touching this decoration will be. Usually, combinations of red, gold and green are used. Just a red color is completely self-sufficient and does not contradict the Christmas "canons."
