- grated lemon zest - 1 st. a spoon
- fresh lemon juice - 1/4 cup
- honey - 1/2 cup
- Cheese tofu - 360 Grams
- fresh blackberries - 1 glass
Mix 2 1/2 teaspoons of lemon zest, lemon juice, honey and tofu in a blender until smooth. Divide the lemon cream evenly into 4 portions. Decorate each serving with blackberries and the remaining lemon zest. Serve immediately or put in the refrigerator. You can make a lemon cream in advance and store in the refrigerator before serving for three days.
