- dry white wine - 1/2 cup
- honey - 1/3 Glass
- freshly squeezed lemon juice - 2 Art. spoons
- cherries pitted - 2 cups
In a small bowl, whisk together the wine, honey and lemon juice. Set aside. Chop the cherries in a food processor or blender. Place the cherry in a liquid wine mixture and mix. Put the mass in the mold and put in the freezer for 35 minutes. Stir the mass with a fork every 10 minutes until the mixture partially hardens. Dispense ice cream for serving dishes and decorate with cherries on top.
