How to prepare a cold cream soup from potatoes and zucchini: We put a pan on the fire and in it we pass onions and garlic. Add the chopped potatoes, zucchini and stew for 5 minutes. Pour broth, boil and cook for 15 minutes on a weak window under the lid. Slightly cool the soup and make mashed potatoes. We pour the cream. We cool. Ready to serve soup with decorated greens.
