Star pizza I propose to prepare not a typical round pizza, but pizza in the form of a five-pointed star, in each corner of which there are various ingredients: minced meat with onion, stewed champignons, salami strips, boiled chicken fillet and stewed pumpkin with onions. Breaking off every corner of the star you will get a slice of pizza with a completely different taste and aroma!
Ingredients:- Cheese hard 200 g
- Olives without seeds 30 g
- Chicken fillet 60 g
- Mushrooms champignons 60 g
- Salami sausages 50g
- Pumpkin 40 g
- Pork mince 60 g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Tomato sauce 3 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.

- Black pepper powder 0.2 g
- Broth chicken 250 ml
- Yeast, fresh, 20 g
- Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 g
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Groats manna 3 tbsp. l.
- Flour wheaten 2.3 tbsp.
- Step 1 To make pizza "Zvezda" we need cheese hard, salami, olives, pork forcemeat, tomato sauce, chicken fillet, mushrooms, onions, salt, pepper, sunflower oil, 200 g pizza dough with semolina on broth.
- Step 2 Divide the dough evenly with a 23 cm diameter shape. Cut the dough into 5 segments without cutting to the center.
- Step 3 Lubricate the dough with tomato sauce.
- Step 4 On 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil fry half the onions with minced meat. Salt and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce.
- Step 5 On 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil, put out the mushrooms for 1 minute. Salt.
- Step 6 On 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil, put out the diced onions (0.5 heads) and finely chopped pumpkin straw. Salt and pepper.
- Step 7 For each segment of pizza put a separate stuffing: cut salami salami, pumpkin, mushrooms, minced meat, chopped boiled chicken fillet.
