Pizza with ham and green beans A wonderful pizza with ham, bean, tomato and onion filling in a cheese crust! The taste of green string beans is the main one, as it is quite a lot in the filling, in combination with the ham is an excellent tandem, especially for those who love vegetable fillings in pizza. One moment - the string bean must necessarily be boiled beforehand, but the more cheese there is, the more delicious the pizza will be!
Ingredients:- Fresh dill 0.5 bunch
- Tomato sauce 2 tbsp. l.
- Frozen string beans 150 g
- Ham 130g
- Cheese hard 130 g
- Tomatoes 3 pcs.
- Onion 0.5 pcs.
- Yeast, fresh 8 g
- Water boiled 60 ml
- Salt 1.5 pinch
- Wheat Flour 125 g
- Olive oil 0.25 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To make pizza with green beans and ham, we need frozen string beans, small tomatoes, ham, hard cheese, onion, pizza dough prepared beforehand, tomato sauce, fresh dill.
- Step 2 We knit small strips of ham, chop the onions, tomatoes and cut into rings, carving stems.
- Step 3 In the salted water, boil the string bean until it is ready, when it is ready, we transfer it from the boiling water to the ice water to preserve the color for 1 minute, then drain the water, put the beans on a paper towel to the unnecessary water of the glass.
- Step 4 The yeast dough for pizza is stretched out by hand or rolled into a circle with a diameter of about 26 cm.
- Step 5 Lubricate the dough for pizza with tomato sauce.
- Step 6 Distribute the crushed onion throughout the area of the dough.
- Step 7 Next, put the tomato rings, leaving a few pieces for decoration.
- Step 8 Next, distribute the chopped ham.
- Step 9 On top of the ham lay out the string beans, leaving a little to decorate.
- Step 10 Grind the fresh dill and sprinkle it with a layer of beans.
- Step 11 Then sprinkle with grated cheese on a large grater.
- Step 12 We decorate the pizza, if desired, with the previously left tomato rings and green beans.
- Step 13 Bake pizza in preheated to 200 C oven for 15 minutes. We serve to the table immediately in a hot form.
