Prepare a puffed salad "Rhapsody" Salad "Rhapsody" - an excellent option for a festive dinner, and for an ordinary dinner. There are many variations of this salad for every taste: seafood and ham are added to it. "Rhapsody" spread out layers, smearing them with mayonnaise. In my version, the chicken in combination with mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese and greens successfully complements the apple, adding sourness, which makes the salad even more interesting. The apple must necessarily be sour. To ensure that the salad was not too greasy, it is not necessary to smear every layer with mayonnaise. Will be enough 3-4 layers of mayonnaise. Prepare this salad for any holiday and your guests will be satisfied!
Ingredients:- Chicken breast 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise 5 tbsp. l.
- Tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Salt 2 tsp.
- Green onion 2 feather
- Fresh dill 1 bunch
- Parsley fresh 1 bunch
- Cheese Russian 150 g
- Mushrooms champignons 200 g
- Apple 1 pc.
- Step 1 For a salad we need: chicken breast, mushrooms, cheese, fresh herbs, tomatoes, sour apple, mayonnaise and spices.
- Step 2 Cut the chicken corn along the thick plates.
- Step 3 Suck the breast with spices: I have salt and curry.
- Step 4 Fry the chicken breasts on a heated frying pan for 2 minutes on each side. It is not necessary to overcook meat very much, it must be juicy. Leave it to cool down.
- Step 5 Cut the mushrooms into plates.
- Step 6 Fry the mushrooms, adding a little vegetable oil and a pinch of salt to the frying pan. Mushrooms also do not overcook. Bring them to a slightly golden color, not allowing blackening. Leave it to cool down.
- Step 7 Rub grated cheese.
- Step 8 Grind the herbs: parsley, green onions and dill.
- Step 9 Cut thin tomato slices.
- Step 10 Peel the sour apple from the rind and thinly slice the plates.
- Step 11 Cut the cooled chicken into cubes.
- Step 12 Form the salad: the first layer is the chicken.
- Step 13 Put a layer of tomato on the chicken and apply it with mayonnaise.
- Step 14 Put tomatoes on mushrooms.
- Step 15 On the mushrooms - greens.
- Step 16 On the greens - cheese. We smear with mayonnaise.
- Step 17 Next, put the apples. We continue to rotate the layers until the products run out.
- Step 18 Leave the cheese for the last layer and greens for decoration. If you do not serve the salad immediately, cover it with a food film, so that the cheese does not dry out.
