Piece of pork washed, cut into large portions, put in a plastic bag and beat well. The thickness is at your discretion. We put the chopped pieces of meat on a baking sheet, oiled or covered with foil. Tomatoes and onions cut into thin slices. We put onion on a piece of meat, grease with mayonnaise, we put a piece of tomato on top. On top of this design, put a slice of canned pineapple (if available you can replace fresh - it will be even tastier). Again, lightly lubricate with mayonnaise. Finally, sprinkle all the grated cheese. We decorate the composition with an olive. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees until the meat is ready. Accurately shift to a serving plate and serve.
