Green mix salad with beef This salad is interesting for its final transformation! There are no exquisite ingredients and it would seem nothing special ?! But no! It is at the end, when all vegetables are combined with meat and dressing, something extraordinary happens - the salad gets an incredible taste! In this dish, you do not want to add anything else or exclude any ingredient - everything is in its place. Important nuance: before adding lettuce leaves - rinse them and always let them dry. By the way, practically in any supermarket a salad packed in a saddle is sold, which is already washed and ready for consumption - it is very convenient.
Ingredients:- Beef pulp 500g
- Potatoes 4 pcs.
- Cheese Parmesan 50 g
- Romaine lettuce 200 g
- Cucumber salted 4 g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Green onions 0.5 bunch
- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
- Pepper black ground 4 pinch
- Salt 0.25 tsp.
- Mustard 2 tsp.
- Apple vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 5 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 From the products take: beef, pickled gherkins 5-8 pieces, salad mix, 4 medium potatoes, hard cheese, 1 clove of garlic, parsley, green onion, mustard, apple cider vinegar, sunflower oil, salt, pepper.
- Step 2 Brew the beef and potatoes until they are ready. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin half rings.
- Step 3 Cut the beef into strips.
- Step 4 Finely chop the gherkins, garlic, parsley and onions.
- Step 5 Grate cheese on a large grater.
- Step 6 Sunflower oil, apple cider vinegar and mustard are mixed in a bowl.
- Step 7 In a salad bowl lay a salad mix, potatoes, beef, greens, gherkins, cheese. Salad salt, pepper and mix.
- Step 8 Add the cheese to the salad and pour over the dressing. Stir and serve to the table.
