- yoghurt - 3/4 Glass
- milk - 1/3 Glass
- banana - 1 piece
- strawberries - 1/4 Glass (frozen)
- honey - 1 st. a spoon
- vanilla - 1 teaspoon
- strawberries or raspberries - 4-6 pieces
1. Even if you have access to fresh strawberries, freeze it in advance to eventually get a smoothness and temperature cocktail. 2. The banana needs to be cleaned and broken or cut into random pieces to facilitate mixing. 3. In the blender bowl, load all the components of the cocktail by placing the strawberries on top. Mix until an ideal creamy cocktail is obtained. 4. To spill the received drink on beautiful transparent glasses, to decorate with berries. Serve with chocolate candies in the form of hearts.
