Appetizer for the festive table To the festive table, as a rule, prepare a lot of salads and snacks. And most often prefer already familiar and loved. However, the menu of the festive table can be diversified with new snacks, for example, salty cakes. These cakes do not need to be baked. They are prepared from salted crackers and various fillings. Especially successful they are obtained with smoked fish. I used pink salmon, but if you lightly fork out and buy butterfish or halibut, then such an appetizer can kill guests on the spot.
Ingredients:- Avocado 1 pc.
- Lemon juice 2 tsp.
- Cheese cream 120 g
- Smoked salmon 200 g
- Crackers salted 300 g
- Cheese hard 200 g
- Step 1 To make a cake, you need to take salty crackers, a large, ripe fruit avocado, cream cheese (for example, Violette, Buko, Philadelphia, Almette, etc.), hard cheese, lemon juice and smoked pink salmon. If the cream cheese is not salty enough, then you can take a little salt.
- Step 2 With a sharp knife, cut the avocado in half to the bone, rotate the halves in different directions, separate the stone and remove the cuticle (you can separate the pulp with a teaspoon by inserting it with the convex side under the skin and moving in the same direction).
- Step 3 Cut the pulp and place it in a bowl with a cream cheese and lemon juice.
- Step 4 Mass to grind to the state of the paste. If necessary, slightly salt.
- Step 5 Cut the flesh of the pink salmon into small pieces.
- Step 6 Crackers-the base of the cakes should be greased with paste.
- Step 7 On top of the pasta lay the pieces of fish.
- Step 8 Cover the fish with the following cracker and similarly put the paste and fish on it. Top again with a cracker.
- Step 9 Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
- Step 10 Cover the top and sides of the blanks with paste and roll in the grated cheese. Cakes put for 2 hours (can be longer) in the refrigerator for impregnation.
