The main ingredients of the salad are few, but the original sauce from ketchup, sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic will give the dish a unique and exquisite taste, and pink color - a gentle shade. - Step 1 To prepare the salad you need to take refined prawn meat (boiled, frozen), a green salad (for example, "Iceberg"), a large ripe fruit avocado, lemon juice, salt, tomato ketchup, sour cream, mayonnaise (67% fat) and garlic.
- Step 2 Frozen shrimp meat to dip into boiling salted water, bring to a boil, drain and cool.
- Step 3 Cut the avocado fruit crosswise to the bone, turn the halves in opposite directions, remove the stone and remove the cuticle, and then cut the flesh into small cubes.
