It can accommodate a large family. Inside there is a spacious living room with kitchen, 2 rooms and a bathroom. On the top floor there are 4 bedrooms, 2 of them - with separate toilet rooms. On the ground floor, in addition to the dressing room and games room, there is a gym and a sauna with a shower. On the site there is a 10-meter pool. The mansion is equipped with a video surveillance system and an autonomous electric substation. It is for sale with all furniture.
Realtors are asking for this "paradise by the sea" a little more than the amount Sergey Svetlakov is counting on, 39 million rubles. However, the artist hopes to bargain with them and meet the 30 million allocated earlier from the family budget.
