Mushroom soup is a dish of a fasting table. They are very light and useful and are prepared quite easily. Preparation: Pour dried mushrooms in a bowl with hot water and leave to get wet for a few minutes, then squeeze and finely chop. Peel and cut into cubes potatoes. In another bowl, place sauerkraut, pour warm water and squeeze. Put the cabbage in a large saucepan, add water and bring to a boil. Add the tomato paste, cover and cook the cabbage over low heat.
