To make minced meat, onions, celery, cabbage and carrots shredded with straw, rescued in oil, mixed with onion and cooled. With pepper cut off the top of the pod in the form of a lid. Remove the seed stem, after which the pods are put for a couple of minutes into boiling water and recline into a colander, cool and fill with minced meat. Stuffed pepper is put in one row with each other, filled with tomato juice with leftovers. All together should be put out for 20 minutes. Serve the ready-made dish, pre-chilled, and also decorating fresh chopped parsley or dill.
