Ingredients (ham, repent, forgot to take pictures). Cut the tomatoes into halves, extract the seeds together with the juice. Seeds with liquid grind through a sieve. Chopped almonds are slightly dried in a dry frying pan - 2-3 minutes, no more. Bread is dried in a toaster or oven, hands tear into small pieces. We put tomatoes, tomato juice, garlic, almonds and bread in the blender bowl. Grind to homogeneity. Continuing to grind the soup at a slow speed, in a thin trickle we introduce olive oil. The resulting soup is wiped through a fine sieve or colander. Add salt and vinegar, stir - and in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Finely chop the hard-boiled egg and ham (or, better, jamon).
