Let's start, we know, from the test. Here are our ingredients for the dough - cold (I emphasize - COLD) white wine, butter and flour. Butter is rubbed on a large grater, we add flour to it. Very quickly rub everything to the consistency of crumbs. However, if the baby gets big - it's okay, it's even good. We make a crater, pour in white wine and quickly knead the dough. Minutes for 2-3 you must knead the dough to such a consistency that it can be collected in a ball. As soon as the clump formed - we stop kneading. Roll the dough into a rectangular layer 2-3 mm thick. Preparing the ingredients - cut the olives and tomatoes with thin plates. Spread our dough on a baking sheet, put on top filling - tomatoes and olives. Sprinkle everything with olive oil. We send the cake to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes. Salad my, sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil, salt and pepper. Pumpkin seeds need to be slightly calcined in a dry frying pan. We take the prepared pie from the oven, cut into small portions. For each piece on top we put a leaf of lettuce and a few pumpkin seeds. Pleasant!
