At the same time the land is sprayed from time to time, and the bank is ventilated. When the leaves appear in the seedlings, the plant is transplanted into small pots. Fruit seedlings can be for 4-5 years.

Sections after such a procedure are processed with compositions to stimulate growth. In a greenhouse with soil, in pots covered with a glass jar, or in ordinary water, cuttings give roots in about a month. It is important to start with ensuring an abundance of sunlight. Only with this condition, hibiscus can gorgeously and long bloom. It can be planted near roses, since these species of plants are combined with each other.

Non-cold grades are the most frost-hardy - consider this fact when choosing seedlings or seeds.

The soil must be well-loosened and fertile in order to enjoy the luxuriant flowering of hibiscus garden. Watering for a given plant needs moderate, as the soil dries up. However, in a warm climate, watering should be a daily traditional procedure.

Phosphoric top dressing is used from the beginning of June and until the autumn cold, with a frequency of every 2 weeks. This will allow the bush to give abundant flowering. At the beginning of the autumn, they feed 2-3 times with potassium fertilizer, so that the plant can successfully winter.

Pruning of garden hibiscus

Flower buds are usually formed on young shoots that appeared this year. The more their number is larger, the more abundant the bloom. To increase the number of young shoots apply pruning.

This procedure is carried out before the growth of shoots begins, at the end of winter. They are also cut to give a decorative look to a bush: a cube, a sphere and even a pyramid.

Each bud lives very little, but the following bloom next to it. If the plant does not have enough moisture, the drying of the flowers begins.

If the climatic conditions of the region are very severe, and you want to grow hibiscus in your area, the bush should be excavated and placed in a basement or taken as a houseplant in a house together with a lump of land.

Diseases and pests

Hibiscus is very hardy and can forgive errors in self-care, but only if they are not systematic. But the regular drying of the soil, like overflow, or drafts can threaten the disease. First, buds may fall, and then all the leaves. The same phenomenon can be observed after a sharp change in temperature. If the flowers of hibiscus grow smaller, it means it's time to feed the plant.

Among pests, hibiscus is afraid of spider mites and aphids, which should be destroyed with the help of insecticides. With proper care, hibiscus will become a colorful adornment of your site, which will not leave anyone indifferent.
